The firm is led by partners Omotayo “O.J.” Lawal and Babatunde “T.C.” Coker, with a team of six associates — more than 100 years of combined legal experience. 1998Founded in Houston as a litigation and “life-event law” practice — family law, probate and estate matters, civil and criminal litigation, and personal injury, alongside business registration, commercial, regulatory, and oil & gas tax work.
2018The partnership is formed as the firm expands — the beginning of a practice that has since assisted thousands of clients.

How we practice
We prepare every case as if it will be decided by someone who has to be convinced — a prosecutor, a judge, an officer reviewing a petition. That means the facts gathered early, the paperwork done right, and the strategy explained to you in plain language before we act on it.
International reach
With attorneys admitted in both Texas and Nigeria, the firm is a working bridge for international clients and law firms that need a trusted U.S. partner. Judgment and award domestication, asset tracing and post-judgment enforcement, and cross-border corporate matters are part of the regular docket — with particular fluency in energy, trade, and natural resources. We work alongside foreign counsel as U.S.-side partners: coordinated, not competing.
